Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

For the purpose of this Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Returns Policy"), Aarvi Life Science can hereinafter be referred to as the "Company", "we", "our" or "us" and an individual who orders the product can hereinafter be referred to as the "User", "you" or "your".

1. Order Cancellation, Return, Refund, or Exchange

A. General Terms

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Returns Policy, you may apply for a cancellation of a placed order, return, refund, or exchange of a product purchased from www.freemovelife.com (including its mobile version) and mobile application (collectively the "Website").

B. Eligibility for Cancellation, Return, Refund, or Exchange

  • Cancellation of an order before it is shipped.
  • A refund if the product has not been received by you.
  • A return/refund or exchange if:
    • The product was defective or damaged on delivery;
    • The product is materially different from what was ordered;
    • The product conflicts with applicable legislation;
    • Delivery was delayed, rendering the product unusable; or
    • Receipt of the product violates the User Agreement.

Your right to return, refund, or exchange is subject to applicable laws.

C. Non-Eligible Cases

  • If the product has been used, altered, or damaged under your care.
  • If the request is not initiated within the specified time.
  • If the product causes personal reactions (e.g., allergies, taste dislike) after opening.
  • If you fail to provide required details for investigation.
  • If the returned product is not the same as delivered.

D. Conditions for Return/Refund/Exchange

Return, refund, or exchange of a product is subject to the above eligibility rules.

E. Return, Refund, or Exchange Process

  • Seal broken/damaged packaging โ€“ Return on same day of delivery and delivered in 7 business days.
  • Defective/damaged product โ€“ Return within 2 business days and delivered in 7 business days.
  • Materially different product โ€“ return within 2 business days and delivered in 7 business days.
  • Other cases โ€“ Return within 5 business days from delivery and delivered in 7 business days.
  • Shipping policy - Products will be delivered in 7 business days from the date of order placed.

Refunds for all the above-mentioned cases will be credited within 7โ€“8 business days to the account details provided with the return request or to the original payment source.

You may be asked to provide:

Approval is at our sole discretion. If approved, we will collect the product and process refund or exchange.

F. Returns Shipping

  • Parcels must be labeled properly with item and order number.
  • Approved returns are shipped free of cost to the User.
  • We are not responsible for products not purchased from us but sent to us.

G. Other Terms

  • Refunds, if approved, are processed within 15 business days.
  • COD refunds: bank transfer or wallet credit.
  • Online payments: refund to original payment method.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

2. Orders and Cancellation

A. Acceptance and Cancellation

  • We may seek additional verification before accepting an order.
  • Suspicious orders may be cancelled and reported.
  • Suspicious orders include:
    • Unusually large or multiple orders to same address;
    • Invalid addresses;
    • Drop-shipping patterns;
    • Orders not meant for personal consumption.

B. High Fraud Risk

Accounts marked as "High Fraud Risk" may be suspended/terminated, and credits or rewards forfeited. Reasons may include invalid contact info, misuse of vouchers, high return rate, or repeated compensation requests.

C. Cancellation by User

  • Orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full.
  • Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. You may return after delivery.

Refunds for all the above-mentioned cases will be credited within 7โ€“8 business days to the account details provided with the return request or to the original payment source.
